Steppin' from Boys to Men and Girls to Ladies is an inclusive program open to all, empowering youth and young adults through Chicago Steppin', an internationally recognized social urban ballroom dance. This program emphasizes social etiquette, respect, effective communication, and the importance of appropriate appearance. Ultimately, our goal is to keep our young people safe and help them grow, learn, and become their best selves.

The program: Our comprehensive program offers mentorship, dance classes (including Steppin', hip-hop, krumping, urban, modern, and more), academic support, money management, entrepreneurship, and essential life skills training. This includes learning about today's technology, such as AI, computers, audio, visual, and media (including podcasting and IT), and more.

Blessings!. I live in Vegas but grow up in the heart of Chicago's South Side, 'Low End,' life was anything but easy. The streets were unforgiving, a dangerous world of gangs, drugs, and violence. I knew all too well the pull of the streets, a path many of my friends followed. But I wanted something different. I wanted more than what the streets could offer."
So, the after-school spot 'The Shelter House' was a place where I discovered my potential. With the support of mentors, I learned the importance of hard work, discipline, and self-respect. I found myself interested in arts, sports, dancing, weightlifting, reading, and entrepreneurship.
Years later, as a young adult, I knew I wanted to give back. I founded 'Steppin' from Boys to Men and Girls to Ladies.' This program is a beacon of hope, designed to guide young people away from the dangers of the streets and towards a brighter future, just as I had.
......Here's a little about myself. I value my privacy. Despite facing significant financial setbacks, including the loss of over a million dollars, I have built a successful entrepreneurial career. Today, I own 15 businesses and generate income from 12 passive streams. I am a self-taught multi-faceted individual with skills in web design, DJing, graphic design, digital AI marketing, and event promotion. I travel extensively, connecting with loved ones and friends, sharing my Steppin' skills and knowledge. As a financial coach, I am passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals. I enjoy a balanced lifestyle, incorporating cooking, fitness, reading, music, dancing (especially Steppin'), cracking jokes, and in sports, ensuring I am never bored. With a clear vision and purpose, I am grateful for my journey and dedicated to giving back to my community (especially the youths). I live by a 30-second rule (IDTNS).
