To inspire and invest in the lives of young people who are screaming to be heard and yearning for someone to listen.

Youth Lives Matter!

Steppin' from Boys to Men and Girls to Ladies is open to all, empowering youth and young adults through Chicago Steppin', an internationally recognized social urban ballroom dance. This program emphasizes social etiquette, respect, effective communication, and the importance of appropriate appearance. Ultimately, it's about keeping our young people safe and helping them grow, learn, and become their best selves.

Vision is to:

foster a supportive environment where young people can thrive and reach their full potential, just as I did, growing up on the South Side of Chicago's Low End.

Goals is to:
Empower them to become productive in society.

Encourage them to live purposeful lives, not just as consumers, but as owners of their own desti.nies. Inspire them to pursue their passions, including global travel, while creating a lasting positive impact on the world.

Foster a deep understanding of gratitude and encourage them to find fulfillment by contributing to the well-being of others. most importantly to express them selves.

The program: offers mentorship, dance classes (including Steppin', hip-hop, krumping, urban, modern and more), academic support, money management, entrepreneurship, and life skills training. This includes learning about today's technology: AI, computers, audio, visual, and media (such as podcasting and IT), and more.
